VIZIPIN LLC (“VIZIPIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use our mobile application (“VIZIPIN” or the “App”) or any other service that links to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).

• User – a person who uses the Services to request live updates, photos, or videos (“Pins”) from a specific location.
• Fulfiller – a person who accepts and completes Pins by providing requested content.
• Tokens – virtual credits that can be purchased or earned and redeemed for in-app paid features.

A. Information You Provide

• Name, email, phone number
• Username and password
• Location (when dropping Pins or using map features)
• Uploaded photos, videos, and messages
• Payment info (handled securely by Apple Pay or Stripe)
• Social media login data (e.g., Google, Apple)

• Device ID, IP address, browser and OS type
• Usage data (features used, session duration, interaction history)
• Crash logs and diagnostic info
• Precise geolocation (when enabled)
• Push notification tokens
  

C. Information from Third Parties

• Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting)
• Google Maps SDK (location data)
• Stripe or Apple Pay (transaction data)
• Google Analytics (site and app interaction behavior)
  

We process your personal data to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Facilitate connections between Users and Fulfillers
• Show your location when you drop Pins
• Enable messaging and photo/video replies
• Process in-app purchases, Token transactions, and subscriptions (e.g., ViziPass)
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Monitor app performance and improve functionality
• Serve relevant content or notifications
• Operate community engagement features, including upvotes, response limits, and post-session ratings between Users.
• Comply with legal obligations
  

We do not sell your personal data.

• Tokens can be purchased within the app or earned by completing Pins.
• Tokens may be redeemed for in-app paid features.
• Tokens are not legal currency, have no cash value outside the platform, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity related to Tokens may result in forfeiture and account suspension.

By uploading or transmitting content through the Services, you grant VIZIPIN a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and revocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services, including marketing and promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you submit.

When you use VIZIPIN:

• We request access to your location (only with permission) to enable Pins and map features.
• We request access to your camera and microphone to enable live content sharing.
• Location data may be collected in the background if you grant permission.
• You may disable these permissions in your device settings, but some features may not work.

Some features may include AI-based tools (e.g., smart recommendations, auto-categorization of Pins). Any data shared with these tools is processed in compliance with this Privacy Policy and limited to necessary uses. We may work with third-party AI providers such as Google Cloud AI.

We use trusted vendors to provide core app functionality:

Meeting in person or traveling to a location is at your own risk.
We do not verify the safety, legality, or appropriateness of locations or requests. 

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including those related to recording, privacy, and public conduct.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We may retain some data for legal, accounting, or audit purposes. You can request deletion of your data or account at any time via admin@vizipin.com.

We use:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS, SSL)
• Secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud)
• Access controls and audit logging
• Regular data backups
  

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Use the Services at your own risk.

Depending on your location (e.g., California, Virginia, GDPR regions), you may have rights including:

You may delete your VIZIPIN account by:

• Navigating to Settings > Delete Account in the app, or
• Emailing us directly at admin@vizipin.com
  

We will delete your data within a reasonable time unless retention is required by law.

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected personal data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will remove it promptly. 

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and stored in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from your country.

We may update this policy as our services evolve or laws change. The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest version. We will notify users of significant changes via app notification or email.
