Community Gudelines

VIZIPIN is a place for real-time, on-the-ground visuals and authentic connections.
We want it to be safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
These guidelines explain what is and isn’t allowed on our platform.
By using VIZIPIN, you agree to follow them — violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

• Treat all users with courtesy and kindness.
• No harassment, bullying, or threats.
• No discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
   

• Do not post or fulfill Pins that involve illegal activities.
• No violence, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous behavior.
• No sexual content involving minors, exploitation, or explicit adult material.
• No weapons, drugs, or other prohibited goods.
   

• Do not post private or personal information about others without consent (addresses, phone numbers, financial info, etc.).
• Follow all local laws about recording in public or private spaces.
• Respect people’s right not to be filmed or photographed if they ask.
   

• No fake, manipulated, or misleading Pins meant to deceive.
• No impersonating another person or entity.
• No false location claims when fulfilling Pins.
   

• No spam, scams, or promotion of unrelated products/services.
• Don’t try to circumvent VIZIPIN’s payment or token systems.
• Don’t use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Report bugs or vulnerabilities to us — don’t exploit them.
   

• Never put yourself or others in danger to fulfill a Pin.
• Avoid restricted or hazardous areas unless you have legal permission to be there.
• Use common sense and follow all safety laws in your location.
   

• You have a limited number of responses you can send per session.
• If the person who dropped the Pin upvotes your response, you may be allowed to send more.
• After a session, you may rate other Users and receive ratings. 
• Do not attempt to manipulate upvotes, ratings, or response limits through spam, fake accounts, or coordinated activity. Abuse of these features may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

In addition to the rules above, you may not post inflammatory religious commentary, profit from or promote harmful current events (such as violent conflicts, terrorist attacks, or epidemics), or engage in any other content or behavior that we determine — in our sole discretion — to be unsafe, harmful, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the spirit of these guidelines, even if not specifically listed here.

If you violate these guidelines, we may:

• Remove offending content
• Limit certain features
• Suspend or terminate your account without notice
   

Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent loss of access to VIZIPIN.

If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it through the in-app reporting feature or email us at admin@vizipin.com.
We review all reports and take appropriate action.

We may update these guidelines to reflect new features or community needs.
We’ll post the updated version here and update the “Last Updated” date.
