VIZIPIN LLC (“Vizipin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use our mobile application (“Vizipin” or the “App”) or any other service that links to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Vizipin operates as a real-world service marketplace. Users request location-based, real-time capture services (“Pins”) performed by Fulfillers who physically travel to a location and complete the requested task. Any resulting photo or video is the output of a real-world service — not a digital good sold by Vizipin.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our priv & Conditions, which govern your use of Vizipin. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. You can contact us at admin@Vizipin.com with any questions.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these priv, the following definitions apply:

“Services” means the real-time, location-based platform operated by VIZIPIN LLC, including all mobile applications, websites, software, features, technologies, communications tools, content delivery systems, and related products or services provided by Vizipin. The Services include the ability for Users to request Pins, for Fulfillers to perform real-world capture services, and for Users to access, view, or interact with content and functionality made available through the Platform.

“User” means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Services, including those who submit or request a real-world capture service (a “Pin”).

“Fulfiller” means any individual or entity who voluntarily accepts, performs, or completes a Pin request by physically traveling to a location, capturing real-world visuals, or related content.

“Pin” means a request initiated by a User for a real-world capture service in which a Fulfiller travels to a specified location and produces visual content or related information from that location.

“Paid Pin” means any Pin for which a User is required to pay the Fulfiller a fee in exchange for completing the requested real-world capture service. Paid Pins may include additional priv or requirements as displayed within the Services.

“Subscription Plans” means the optional paid subscription offerings available through the Services, including but not limited to Vizi+ and Vizi Pulse, which provide Users with enhanced features, access, or privileges. All subscription payments are processed outside of Apple or Google’s in-app purchase systems, as further described within the Services.

“Platform” means the Vizipin mobile application, website, backend infrastructure, and any related tools, technologies, or services used to connect Users and Fulfillers and to facilitate Pins.

“Platform Role” refers to Vizipin’s limited function as a neutral intermediary that provides the Platform through which Users and Fulfillers may connect for the purpose of requesting and performing Pins. You acknowledge and agree that Vizipin is not a party to any agreement, transaction, arrangement, or interaction between a User and a Fulfiller, whether written or verbal. Vizipin does not supervise, direct, control, manage, employ, or assume responsibility for Fulfillers, nor does it guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or completion of any Pin. Fulfillers operate as independent individuals or entities, and are not employees, contractors, representatives, or agents of Vizipin for any purpose. Users and Fulfillers are solely responsible for their own actions, decisions, and compliance with applicable laws when using the Services.

3. What We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use the Services, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number, as well as a username and password used to create and maintain your account. You may also provide location data when you drop Pins or fulfill Pins, along with any photos, videos, messages, or other content you upload to the Platform. If you make payments within the Services, certain payment information may be collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. If you choose to sign in through Google or Apple, we receive the social login credentials associated with your chosen provider, which may include your verified email address, account identifier, and other non-sensitive information they make available.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information. This may include your device identifier, IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, and other device characteristics. We also collect usage data such as the features you interact with, session duration, timestamps, and your interaction history within the Platform. To help maintain and improve performance, we gather crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic information. If you enable location permissions, we may collect precise geolocation data to support the functionality of Pins and location-based services. We may also collect information related to push notifications, including device tokens needed to deliver them.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive additional information from third-party services that integrate with or support the Platform. This includes Firebase, which provides authentication services, analytics, and crash reporting; Google Maps SDK, which assists with map rendering and location-related features; Stripe, which supplies transaction data and payment confirmations; and Google Analytics, which provides data about user behavior on our website and within our applications. These third parties may collect or process information in accordance with their own privacy policies, and we use the information they provide to help operate, secure, and enhance the Services.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. This includes creating and managing user accounts, enabling Users and Fulfillers to connect, and supporting the posting and fulfillment of real-world service requests. Your information allows us to facilitate communication between Users and Fulfillers, deliver real-time captured content, and operate the features necessary for Pin-related interactions.

We use the information you provide to process payments for Paid Pins and for optional service enhancements, with all such transactions handled securely through Stripe. If you choose to enroll in a subscription plan, we use your information to process and manage those subscriptions through our external billing system, which operates independently of Apple and Google’s in-app purchase frameworks.

We may use your information to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, misuse, prohibited conduct, or violations of our policies, and to protect the safety, integrity, and reliability of the Platform. We also use collected data to diagnose technical issues, enhance performance, develop new features, and improve user experience. Additionally, your information may be used to provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for Real-World Services

Payments made for Pins, tips, service enhancements, and any applicable platform fees are processed exclusively through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. These payments compensate Fulfillers for completing real-world capture services and do not relate to digital goods, downloadable items, or in-app digital content. Vizipin does not use Apple or Google’s in-app purchase systems for any payments involving services, and no portion of these payments is processed through their billing frameworks. Vizipin does not collect or store full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. All secure payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements and recognized industry standards. We may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as transaction confirmations, necessary to operate the Services and maintain accurate records.

Subscription Plans

Vizipin offers optional subscription plans—such as Vizi+ and Vizi Pulse—that provide enhanced functionality and additional tools designed to improve the speed, efficiency, or flexibility of real-world service interactions on the Platform. These subscriptions do not unlock digital content and are purely functional service-level enhancements. All subscription payments are processed outside Apple and Google’s in-app purchase systems and are billed directly through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Users may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their Vizipin account settings or by contacting customer support. Deleting the application does not cancel a subscription, and no partial refunds are offered for unused or remaining portions of a billing period. Limited subscription information—such as your billing status, subscription tier, and renewal date—may be shared with Vizipin as needed to operate and administer subscription features.

Express Sends

Express Sends are optional, paid service-speed enhancements that increase routing priority so that a User’s request may be fulfilled more quickly. Express Sends relate solely to expedited handling of real-world service requests and do not involve digital goods, digital content, or any in-app digital purchases.

6. Content Rights

By uploading, submitting, or transmitting any content through the Services, you grant Vizipin a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and revocable license to use, reproduce, host, store, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Services. This includes using your content to facilitate the posting and fulfillment of Pins, deliver requested visuals to Users, support Platform features, and engage in marketing or promotional activities relating to Vizipin. The license you grant applies solely for these operational and promotional purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content to Vizipin.

You remain solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and authority necessary to upload or transmit such content through the Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that Vizipin’s use of the content in accordance with these priv will not violate any applicable laws or obligations.

7. Location, Camera & Microphone Access

Certain real-time features of the Services require access to your device’s location, camera, and microphone. When you choose to use features such as posting or fulfilling Pins, capturing real-time visuals, or communicating through the Platform, Vizipin may request permission to access these functions so the Services can operate as intended. If you grant permission, your device’s location may be collected while the app is in use and, in some cases, in the background when you have explicitly allowed background location access. Camera and microphone access may be used only when you initiate actions such as recording, capturing, or transmitting content.

You may choose to disable any of these permissions at any time through your device settings; however, doing so may restrict or fully prevent the use of certain core features, including the ability to submit or fulfill Pins, provide real-time capture services, or access location-based functionality. Vizipin accesses these permissions only for operational purposes related to the Services and does not use them for purposes unrelated to your requested actions or the operation of the Platform.

8. Artificial Intelligence Use

Certain features within the Services may rely on artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies to provide recommendations, assist with content organization, enhance safety tools, or support automated functions. Any data processed by these AI systems is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is limited to what is necessary to operate or improve the applicable features. AI processing may include analysis of usage patterns, content classification, or automated assistance designed to enhance user experience or platform reliability. Vizipin does not use AI to make decisions that produce legally significant effects without appropriate human oversight, and all AI-related processing follows the same privacy, security, and data-minimization practices applied throughout the Platform.

9. Third-Party Services

We rely on certain trusted third-party service providers to support the core functionality of the Services. These providers assist with account authentication, data storage, analytics, crash diagnostics, mapping and geolocation features, secure payment processing, and optional AI-powered tools. Firebase, a Google service, is used for authentication, Firestore data storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Google Maps SDK enables map rendering, geolocation display, and route information within the Platform. Stripe processes all payments for real-world services and optional subscription enhancements. Google Analytics provides insight into how users interact with the website and application to help improve performance and usability. If AI-driven features are enabled, OpenAI or Google AI may process certain inputs to generate automated responses or recommendations as described in this Privacy Policy.

Each third-party provider is granted access only to the information necessary to perform its specific function, and all processing is subject to the provider’s own privacy practices and applicable data-protection commitments. Vizipin uses these services solely to operate, maintain, and improve the functionality and safety of the Platform.

10. Safety Disclaimer

Your decision to travel to a location, meet others in person, or engage in any real-world activity in connection with the Services is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Vizipin does not verify, assess, or guarantee the safety, legality, accessibility, or appropriateness of any location, request, or instruction submitted through the Platform, nor do we evaluate the conditions or circumstances surrounding any real-world interaction that may occur as a result of your use of the Services.

You are solely responsible for determining whether it is safe, lawful, and appropriate to visit any location or fulfill any Pin. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to recording, consent, privacy, trespass, public behavior, and any other local, state, or federal requirements. Vizipin is not responsible for any harm, loss, injury, or liability arising from your decisions or actions in physical environments connected to or prompted by the use of the Services.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Services. Certain data may be preserved for longer periods when required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain accurate financial and operational records, or meet accounting and audit requirements. If you choose to delete your account or request the deletion of your personal information, we will remove or anonymize the data we are not legally required to retain. You may submit a deletion request at any time by contacting us at admin@vizipin.com, and we will process your request in accordance with applicable laws and our data-retention obligations.

12. Data Security

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we collect. Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections, such as HTTPS and SSL, and stored within secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and governed by internal controls, including authentication requirements and audit logging. We also maintain regular backups, monitoring systems, and security practices designed to help detect, prevent, and respond to potential threats.

While we work to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that you understand the inherent limitations of online and cloud-based systems.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the privacy laws that apply to you—such as those in California, Virginia, the European Union, or other regions with similar protections—you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the ability to access or update the information we hold about you, request the deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain types of processing, opt out of targeted or interest-based advertising, withdraw any consent you previously provided, or request a copy of your data in a portable format. The availability and scope of these rights vary based on your jurisdiction and the nature of the information we process.

14. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to support the functionality and performance of the Services. These technologies help the application operate correctly, assist with crash detection and diagnostics, and provide analytics that allow us to understand how users interact with the Platform. In some cases, cookies or device identifiers may be used to support optional personalized content or user experience features, but they are not used for targeted advertising or cross-site third-party tracking.

Vizipin does not use third-party advertising cookies or engage in behavioral tracking for marketing purposes. You can adjust your cookie or tracking preferences at any time through your device or browser settings, and certain features of the Services may function differently if you choose to restrict or disable these technologies.

15. Account Deletion

You may delete your Vizipin account at any time by using the account deletion option located within the application’s settings or by contacting us directly at admin@vizipin.com. Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain necessary business records. Certain information may continue to be stored in backup or archival systems for a limited period as permitted by applicable law. After your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access any content, history, or features associated with that account.

16. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone who does not meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information through the Platform without verified parental consent where such consent is required, we will take steps to remove the information and delete the associated account as promptly as possible. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a minor may have accessed the Services or submitted personal data without authorization are encouraged to contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

17. International Data Transfers

If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where Vizipin or its service providers operate. These locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence and may not provide the same level of protection. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your information to the United States and to any other jurisdiction in which Vizipin or its third-party providers maintain facilities, and you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our data practices, or applicable laws and regulations.
