Privacy Policy

VIZIPIN LLC (“Vizipin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use our mobile application (“Vizipin” or the “App”) or any other service that links to this policy (collectively, the “Services”).

Vizipin operates as a real-world, location-based service marketplace. Users may request location-based services or interactions (“Pins”) or post Tasks requesting completion of specific real-world services, which may be performed by Fulfillers who physically travel to a location, provide updates, capture visuals, hold a line or parking spot, complete Tasks, or perform other services made available through the Platform. Any resulting photo, video, message, update, or related content is the output of a real-world service — not a digital good sold by Vizipin.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, which govern your use of Vizipin. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. You can contact us at admin@Vizipin.com with any questions.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

“Services” means the real-time, location-based platform operated by VIZIPIN LLC, including all mobile applications, websites, software, features, technologies, communications tools, content delivery systems, and related products or services provided by Vizipin. The Services include the ability for Users to request Pins and post Tasks, for Fulfillers to perform real-world, location-based services, and for Users to access, view, or interact with content and functionality made available through the Platform.

“User” means any individual or entity who accesses or uses the Services, including those who submit or request a real-world, location-based service or interaction through the Platform.

“Fulfiller” means any individual or entity who voluntarily accepts, performs, or completes a Pin or Task by physically traveling to a location, capturing real-world visuals, or providing related content or services.

“Pin” means a request initiated by a User for a real-world, location-based service or interaction through the Platform. Pins may include, without limitation, Chat, PinView, U-Spot, messaging-based location requests, on-location photo/video services, line-holding services, parking spot-holding services, and other services made available through the Platform.

“Chat” means a messaging-based location request that allows a User to ask for information, updates, or responses related to a specific location.

“PinView” means an on-location photo or video service in which a Fulfiller may travel to a location and provide visual content or related information from that location.

“U-Spot” means an on-location spot-holding service, which may include line-holding, parking spot-holding, or similar real-world services offered through the Platform.

“Task” means a request posted by a User through the Platform for completion of a specific real-world service. Tasks may include a description, instructions, location, requested or scheduled time, and offered price, and may be voluntarily accepted and completed by Fulfillers.

“Paid Pin” means any Pin for which a User is required to pay the Fulfiller a fee in exchange for completing the requested real-world, location-based service. Paid Pins may include additional terms or requirements as displayed within the Services.

“Subscription Plans” means the optional paid subscription offerings available through the Services, including but not limited to Vizi+ and Vizi Pulse, which provide Users with enhanced features, access, or privileges within the App. Subscription payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system where required by platform rules. Vizipin does not receive or store full payment card details for Apple In-App Purchases.

“Platform” means the Vizipin mobile application, website, backend infrastructure, and any related tools, technologies, or services used to connect Users and Fulfillers and to facilitate Pins and Tasks.

2. What We Collect

Information You Provide

When you use the Services, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number, as well as a username and password used to create and maintain your account. You may also provide location data when you drop Pins or fulfill Pins, along with any photos, videos, messages, or other content you upload to the Platform. When using Tasks, you may provide information including a Task description, instructions, location, requested or scheduled time, offered price, and communications related to the acceptance or completion of the Task. If you make payments within the Services, payment information is processed by the applicable third-party payment provider depending on the nature of the transaction. Payments for real-world services are processed by Stripe, while payments for subscriptions or in-app enhancements are processed by Apple through its In-App Purchase system. If you enroll to receive payments as a Fulfiller, Stripe may collect identity information, bank account or payout details, and verification information directly from you, and Vizipin may receive limited account, onboarding, verification, or payout-status information necessary to operate the Services. Vizipin does not receive or store full payment card details for any purchases. If you choose to sign in through Google or Apple, we receive the social login credentials associated with your chosen provider, which may include your verified email address, account identifier, and other non-sensitive information they make available.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information. This may include your device identifier, IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, and other device characteristics. We also collect usage data such as the features you interact with, session duration, timestamps, and your interaction history within the Platform. To help maintain and improve performance, we gather crash logs, error reports, and diagnostic information. If you enable location permissions, we may collect precise geolocation data to support the functionality of Pins, Tasks, and other location-based services. We may also collect information related to push notifications, including device tokens needed to deliver them.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive additional information from third-party services that integrate with or support the Platform. This includes services provided by Google Firebase, such as Firestore Database, Authentication, Storage, Cloud Functions, App Check, and Messaging, which support user authentication, database management, media storage, backend processing, security protections, and push notifications; services provided through Google Cloud, including the Google Maps SDK and Google Places API, which assist with map rendering, location search, and other location-based features; services provided by Stripe, which facilitate payment processing, payout and account onboarding, identity or account verification, and wallet-related transactions; and services provided by RevenueCat and Apple’s In-App Purchase system, which manage in-app purchases and related transaction confirmations. These third parties may collect, process, or store information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms, and we rely on these services to help operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services. This includes creating and managing user accounts, enabling Users and Fulfillers to connect, and supporting the posting and fulfillment of real-world service requests. Your information allows us to facilitate communication between Users and Fulfillers, deliver real-time content, and operate the features necessary for Pin- and Task-related interactions.

For Tasks, we may use and display information provided by the User as necessary to allow Fulfillers to view, evaluate, accept, coordinate, and complete the Task, and to facilitate related payments and communications.

We use your information to process payments for Paid Pins, Tasks, and other real-world services through Stripe. Subscriptions and certain in-app enhancements are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, and Apple may collect and process payment information in accordance with its own privacy policies. Vizipin receives limited transactional or subscription status information necessary to administer access and features but does not handle full payment credentials.

We may use your information to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, misuse, prohibited conduct, or violations of our policies, and to protect the safety, integrity, and reliability of the Platform. We also use collected data to diagnose technical issues, enhance performance, develop new features, and improve user experience. Additionally, your information may be used to provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for Real-World Services

Payments made for Paid Pins, Tasks, tips, U-Spots, and other real-world services facilitated through the Platform are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. These payments compensate Fulfillers for completing physical, real-world, location-based services and do not constitute digital goods or in-app digital content. Vizipin does not collect or store full payment card numbers or sensitive payment credentials for these transactions. All secure payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with applicable financial and security standards. Vizipin may receive limited transaction details, such as confirmation or status information, necessary to operate the Services.

Subscription Plans

Vizipin offers optional subscription plans—such as Vizi+ and Vizi Pulse—that provide enhanced in-app functionality, access, or service-level benefits. All subscription payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system where required by platform rules. Apple may collect and process payment information in accordance with its own privacy policies. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple account settings. Deleting the application does not cancel a subscription, and no partial refunds are offered for unused or remaining portions of a billing period. Vizipin receives limited subscription information, such as active status and tier, solely to administer access to subscription features.

Express Sends

Express Sends are optional, paid in-app enhancements that prioritize routing or handling of a User’s request. Express Sends are digital in-app enhancements and are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Express Sends do not represent the purchase of content, downloads, or ownership rights, and do not alter the real-world nature of Pins or Fulfillment services.

Additional Pins & Extended Chat Sessions

Additional Pins and extended chat session time may be offered as optional in-app enhancements and are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Vizipin receives limited purchase and entitlement information necessary to enable these features. Vizipin does not receive or store full payment card details for these purchases. Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.

5. Content Rights

By uploading, submitting, or transmitting any content through the Services, you grant Vizipin a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and revocable license to use, reproduce, host, store, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Services. This includes using your content to facilitate the posting and fulfillment of Pins and Tasks, deliver requested visuals to Users, support Platform features, and engage in marketing or promotional activities relating to Vizipin. The license you grant applies solely for these operational and promotional purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content to Vizipin.

You remain solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and authority necessary to upload or transmit such content through the Services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that Vizipin’s use of the content in accordance with these terms will not violate any applicable laws or obligations.

6. Location, Camera & Microphone Access

Certain real-time features of the Services require access to your device’s location, camera, and microphone. When you choose to use features such as creating or fulfilling Pins, posting, viewing, accepting, coordinating, or completing Tasks, capturing real-time visuals, or communicating through the Platform, Vizipin may request permission to access these functions so the Services can operate as intended. If you grant permission, your device’s location may be collected while the app is in use and, in some cases, in the background when you have explicitly allowed background location access. Camera and microphone access may be used only when you initiate actions such as recording, capturing, or transmitting content.

You may choose to disable any of these permissions at any time through your device settings; however, doing so may restrict or prevent the use of certain core features, including the ability to submit or fulfill Pins, post or complete Tasks, provide real-world, location-based services, capture visuals, communicate through the Platform, or access location-based functionality.

7. Artificial Intelligence Use

Certain features within the Services may rely on artificial intelligence or machine-learning technologies to provide recommendations, assist with content organization, enhance safety tools, or support automated functions. Any data processed by these AI systems is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is limited to what is necessary to operate or improve the applicable features. AI processing may include analysis of usage patterns, content classification, or automated assistance designed to enhance user experience or platform reliability. Vizipin does not use AI to make decisions that produce legally significant effects without appropriate human oversight, and all AI-related processing follows the same privacy, security, and data-minimization practices applied throughout the Platform.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on certain trusted third-party service providers to support the core functionality of the Services. These providers assist with account authentication, data storage, analytics, crash diagnostics, mapping and geolocation features, secure payment processing, and optional AI-powered tools. Firebase, a Google service, is used for authentication, Firestore data storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Google Maps SDK enables map rendering, geolocation display, and route information within the Platform. Stripe facilitates payment processing, Fulfiller payouts, account onboarding, and applicable identity or account verification for real-world services facilitated through the Platform. Apple processes payments for subscriptions and eligible in-app enhancements through its In-App Purchase system. These third-party providers collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms. Vizipin does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of these providers. Google Analytics provides insight into how users interact with the website and application to help improve performance and usability. If AI-driven features are enabled, OpenAI or Google AI may process certain inputs to generate automated responses or recommendations as described in this Privacy Policy.

Each third-party provider is granted access only to the information necessary to perform its specific function, and all processing is subject to the provider’s own privacy practices and applicable data-protection commitments. Vizipin uses these services solely to operate, maintain, and improve the functionality and safety of the Platform.

9. Safety Disclaimer

Your decision to travel to a location, meet others in person, or engage in any real-world activity in connection with the Services is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Vizipin does not verify, assess, or guarantee the safety, legality, accessibility, or appropriateness of any location, Pin, Task, request, or instruction submitted through the Platform, nor do we evaluate the conditions or circumstances surrounding any real-world interaction that may occur as a result of your use of the Services.

You are solely responsible for determining whether it is safe, lawful, and appropriate to visit any location or accept, perform, or fulfill any Pin or Task. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to recording, consent, privacy, trespass, public behavior, and any other local, state, or federal requirements. Vizipin is not responsible for any harm, loss, injury, or liability arising from your decisions or actions in physical environments connected to or prompted by the use of the Services.

10. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Services. Certain data may be preserved for longer periods when required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain accurate financial and operational records, or meet accounting and audit requirements. If you choose to delete your account or request the deletion of your personal information, we will remove or anonymize the data we are not legally required to retain. You may submit a deletion request at any time by contacting us at admin@vizipin.com, and we will process your request in accordance with applicable laws and our data-retention obligations.

11. Data Security

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we collect. Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections, such as HTTPS and SSL, and stored within secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and governed by internal controls, including authentication requirements and audit logging. We also maintain regular backups, monitoring systems, and security practices designed to help detect, prevent, and respond to potential threats.

While we work to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that you understand the inherent limitations of online and cloud-based systems.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the privacy laws that apply to you—such as those in California, Virginia, the European Union, or other regions with similar protections—you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include the ability to access or update the information we hold about you, request the deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain types of processing, opt out of targeted or interest-based advertising, withdraw any consent you previously provided, or request a copy of your data in a portable format. The availability and scope of these rights vary based on your jurisdiction and the nature of the information we process.

To exercise any of these rights, you may contact us at admin@vizipin.com. We may ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before processing your request in order to protect your privacy and maintain the security of user data. We will respond to valid requests within the time period required by applicable law and will inform you if any limitations or exceptions apply.

13. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to support the functionality and performance of the Services. These technologies help the application operate correctly, assist with crash detection and diagnostics, and provide analytics that allow us to understand how users interact with the Platform. In some cases, cookies or device identifiers may be used to support optional personalized content or user experience features, but they are not used for targeted advertising or cross-site third-party tracking.

Vizipin does not use third-party advertising cookies or engage in behavioral tracking for marketing purposes. You can adjust your cookie or tracking preferences at any time through your device or browser settings, and certain features of the Services may function differently if you choose to restrict or disable these technologies.

14. Account Deletion

You may delete your Vizipin account at any time by using the account deletion option located within the application’s settings or by contacting us directly at admin@vizipin.com. Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain necessary business records. Certain information may continue to be stored in backup or archival systems for a limited period as permitted by applicable law. After your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access any content, history, or features associated with that account.

15. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least sixteen (16) years of age. Vizipin does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of sixteen (16). If we become aware that personal information has been collected from an individual under sixteen (16), we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete such information and terminate the associated account.

16. International Data Transfers

If you access or use the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, processed in, or stored on servers located in the United States or other countries where Vizipin or its service providers operate. These locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence and may not provide the same level of protection. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your information to the United States and to any other jurisdiction in which Vizipin or its third-party providers maintain facilities, and you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Where required, we take reasonable steps to implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data during such transfers.

17. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our data practices, or applicable laws and regulations. When we make changes, the “Date Last Modified” at the top of the policy will be revised to indicate the latest version. If any update materially affects how we collect, use, or share your personal information, we will provide notice through an in-app notification, email, or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Services after any update becomes effective signifies your acknowledgment of the revised policy and your agreement to its terms. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
