Community & Guidelines
Vizipin answers what you can’t see — live.
By connecting you with real people on location, Vizipin delivers real-time information you don’t have access to. To keep the community safe, respectful, and trustworthy, all users must follow these Community Guidelines, which form part of Vizipin’s Terms of Service.
1. Respect Others
Vizipin is a place for authentic interactions, not hostility. You must treat all users with courtesy, respect, and empathy. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior—whether direct, indirect, or implied—will not be tolerated. This includes derogatory language, targeted insults, unwanted contact, and conduct meant to shame, embarrass, or provoke others.
You may not engage in discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status. Content that includes slurs, stereotypes, symbols of hate, or advocacy for violence or exclusion is strictly prohibited.
2. Share Legal & Safe Content
All Pins, messages, and submissions must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You may not request or fulfill Pins involving trespassing, vandalism, theft, invasion of privacy, or other illegal activity.
Violent content, depictions of serious injury, encouragement of self-harm, or dangerous acts are not allowed. Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, or explicit pornographic material is strictly prohibited. You may not use Vizipin to capture, request, or distribute weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or other prohibited goods.
Any content that endangers individuals, animals, or property may be removed immediately.
3. Protect Privacy
Respect for privacy is essential. You may not upload, post, or transmit private or sensitive personal information about others without their explicit consent. This includes home addresses, phone numbers, financial details, identification documents, or other confidential data.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding recording in public or private spaces. If someone asks not to be filmed or photographed, you must respect their request. Pins must not require entering private property, restricted areas, or capturing individuals in vulnerable situations without lawful permission.
4. Keep It Real
Vizipin relies on authenticity. You may not create deceptive, staged, fabricated, or misleading Pins. This includes fake emergencies, falsified visuals, impersonation, or content designed to manipulate users.
Fulfillers must provide genuine real-world visuals from the stated location. Submitting stock footage, AI-generated imagery, falsified locations, or manipulated content as real-world captures violates platform integrity and may result in account termination.
5. Respect the Platform
Vizipin may not be used for spam, scams, unrelated advertising, or fraudulent schemes. Attempts to mislead users, harvest personal information, or redirect users to external commercial services are prohibited.
All payments must follow Vizipin’s authorized systems:
• Stripe is used for real-world services such as Paid Pins.
• Apple’s In-App Purchase system is used for subscriptions and eligible in-app enhancements, including Express Sends, additional Pins, and extended chat sessions.
Circumventing fees, payments, or transactional flows is not permitted. Automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts are prohibited unless explicitly authorized. If you discover a vulnerability or bug, report it to Vizipin—do not exploit it.
6. Location Safety
You may not fulfill Pins that place yourself, others, or property at risk. This includes entering unsafe structures, restricted zones, or hazardous environments without lawful permission. You must comply with all local safety laws, trespass rules, and public conduct regulations.
Always prioritize safety over completing a request.
7. Upvotes, Response Limits & Ratings
Certain Pin sessions may limit the number of responses. Upvotes may grant additional responses or visibility. After sessions conclude, users may rate interactions to help maintain community quality.
You may not manipulate ratings, upvotes, or response systems through fake accounts, coordinated activity, or abuse. Attempts to exploit these systems may result in restrictions or permanent removal.
8. Additional Restrictions
Content that exploits tragedies, promotes fear or panic, spreads misinformation, or engages in extremist or inflammatory behavior may be removed. Vizipin may take action against any content or conduct that we determine—at our sole discretion—to be unsafe, harmful, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.
9. Enforcement
Violations of these Community Guidelines or Vizipin’s Terms of Service may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination. Enforcement actions depend on the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation. Vizipin retains full discretion in applying enforcement measures.
10. Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that may violate these guidelines, you may report it through in-app reporting tools or by contacting admin@vizipin.com. Reports may be reviewed and addressed in accordance with these guidelines and the Terms of Service.
11. Updates
These Community Guidelines may be updated as the platform evolves. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Modified” date. Continued use of Vizipin indicates acceptance of the updated guidelines.
