Vizipin is a platform built around real-time, real-world visuals and authentic connections. To keep our community safe, respectful, and trustworthy, all users must follow these guidelines. By accessing or using Vizipin, you agree to comply with these rules. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans, at Vizipin’s discretion.

Vizipin is a place for authentic interactions, not hostility. You must treat all users with courtesy, respect, and empathy. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior—whether direct, indirect, or implied—will not be tolerated. This includes derogatory language, targeted insults, unwanted contact, and conduct meant to shame, embarrass, or provoke others.

You may not engage in discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status. Content that includes slurs, stereotypes, symbols of hate, or advocacy for violence or exclusion is strictly prohibited.

Pins and submissions must always comply with applicable laws and must not encourage or document illegal behavior. You may not request or fulfill Pins involving trespassing, vandalism, theft, invasion of privacy, or any activity that breaks local regulations.

Violent content, depictions of serious injury, or encouragement of self-harm or dangerous acts are not allowed. Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, or explicit adult material is prohibited.

You may not use Vizipin to capture, request, or distribute weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances, or other prohibited goods. Any content that endangers individuals, property, or animals is subject to immediate removal.

Respecting personal boundaries and privacy is essential. You may not upload, post, or transmit private personal information about others without their explicit consent. This includes home addresses, phone numbers, financial details, identification documents, or any sensitive personal data.

Always follow local laws regarding recording in public or private spaces. If an individual asks not to be filmed or photographed, you must respect their request. Pins must not require entering private property, restricted areas, or filming private individuals in vulnerable situations without lawful permission.

Vizipin relies on authenticity. You may not create deceptive, fabricated, or intentionally misleading Pins. This includes staged content presented as authentic, falsified visuals, fake emergencies, or content designed to manipulate or mislead users.

Impersonating another person, business, or organization is prohibited. When fulfilling Pins, you must provide genuine real-world visuals from the stated location. Falsifying your location, using stock footage, submitting AI-generated imagery as real-world content, or manipulating metadata violates the integrity of the platform.

You may not use Vizipin to spam, scam, advertise unrelated services, or promote fraudulent schemes. Attempts to mislead other users, collect their personal information, or redirect them to external commercial services are prohibited.

Payments for Paid Pins and subscription enhancements must be processed only through Vizipin’s approved external payment provider, Stripe. You may not circumvent payments, fees, or the proper flow of transactions. Vizipin does not use Apple or Google in-app purchases for any services or subscription features.

Automated tools, bots, scrapers, and scripts are prohibited unless explicitly authorized by Vizipin. If you discover a bug, exploit, or vulnerability, report it directly to us—do not attempt to exploit it for personal gain.

Your safety—and the safety of others—is a priority. You may not fulfill Pins that put yourself, bystanders, or property at risk. This includes entering restricted areas, unsafe structures, or hazardous environments without lawful permission.

You must comply with all local safety rules, municipal codes, trespass laws, and public-conduct regulations while fulfilling Pins. Always use common sense, remain aware of your surroundings, and prioritize safety over completing a request.

During a Pin session, users may have a limited number of responses they can send. When a requesting user upvotes a response, the responding user may gain additional responses or enhanced visibility for the remainder of that session.

After a session concludes, users can rate one another’s performance, communication, and overall interaction. Ratings help maintain the quality of the community and may influence user privileges, visibility, and access to certain features.

You may not artificially manipulate these systems through fake accounts, coordinated behavior, spam activity, or other forms of abuse. Any attempt to exploit upvotes, ratings, or response limits may result in account restrictions or permanent removal.

In addition to the specific rules above, certain forms of content are not allowed under any circumstances. This includes inflammatory or extremist commentary related to sensitive global or political events, exploitation of tragedies or crises for personal gain, or any content that promotes harm, fear, panic, or misinformation.

Vizipin may remove content or take action against behavior that we determine—at our sole discretion—to be unsafe, harmful, misleading, destabilizing, abusive, or contrary to the purpose and values of the community, even if not explicitly listed here.

Violation of these guidelines may result in a range of enforcement actions, including content removal, temporary restrictions on account features, suspension, or immediate and permanent account termination. The severity of enforcement depends on the nature, frequency, and impact of the violation.

Users who repeatedly or severely violate these guidelines may lose access to Vizipin permanently. Vizipin reserves full discretion in determining appropriate enforcement actions.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting admin@vizipin.com. All reports are reviewed, and appropriate action is taken in accordance with these guidelines and our Terms of Service.

We may update these Community Guidelines as our platform evolves or as community expectations and legal requirements change. Updated versions will be posted here along with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Vizipin signifies your acceptance of the updated guidelines.
